What is the item you are requesting? A mask, helmet, or prop? Please provide a visual reference.*

(Existing 3d files are subject to review for printability.)

What is your time frame? It typically takes us at least a month to design and print a custom helmet or mask. This is of course depending on the complexity of the project.*

(Print request usually have a quick turnaround, but are subject to printer availability.)

What size do you need this printed? We use your head circumference to size helmets and masks.*

3D Printing Services - Terms and Agreements

100% payment is expected upon accepting a print job. You will receive a PayPal invoice. (You do not need to be a PayPal member to pay the invoice, just an active credit or debit card.)*

Your item will be printed in a PLA (polylactic acid) plastic, unless another material was communicated and accepted.*

Custom 3D Design - Terms and Agreements

We request 50% payment before we start an accepted commission. The remainder will be invoiced upon completion. (There will be no refunds issued once the project has been started.)*

We will offer up to 3 revisions before the final design. More revisions may result in an increase of price, which will be discussed between you and our Artist. Any new charges will be added to the final invoice.*

Invoices will be sent via PayPal. (You do not need to be a PayPal member to pay the invoice, just an active credit or debit card.)*

If we are supplying you with a 3d file, the format will be in a either an OBJ or STL file. Files will be sent by Google Drive or by a Dropbox link.*

No custom files or prints will be made available to the public unless permission is provided by the persons who requested the commission.*

Please note that requesting a 3d commission is not a guarantee that it will be accepted. We will filter through the requests and decide amongst our artist whether or not we want to take on the project. You will be notified of our decision via email.*
